If you are not completly satisfied with your order then we offer a 7 day money back guarantee providing the item is still in its original packaging and not been altered or damaged in any way.
If you wish to return or cancel your order, please email us at mike@projectguitars.co.uk as soon as possible. All shipping costs will be at the purchasers expence.
Damage in transit & shortages must be notified to both the carrier and us within three days of receipt.
